License Agreement

1. All copyrights to program are exclusively owned by the author - ValixSoft.

2. Anyone may use demo version of program as long as you want. Full version of program not contain restrictions. To use full version of program, you must register it.

3. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

4. This software is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use at your own risk. Neither the company nor the agents of the company will be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software.

IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO:
a. Modify the software partially or completely.

b. Decompile or reverse engineer the software.

c. Refer your registration number to third parties if you are a
registered user.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove files of the NetSearch software from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

This software, including its code, documentation, appearance, structure, and organization is an exclusive product of the ValixSoft, which retains the property rights to the software, its copies, modifications, or merged parts.
